Jeff Lynne's ELO announces first North American tour in over 35 years, in 9 U.S cities and 1 Canadian city

Jeff Lynne’s ELO announced its first major North American tour in over 35 years for ten U.S cities in 2018, making it the band's first North American tour since 1981.

The first city on the Jeff Lynne's ELO North American tour is Oracle Arena in Oakland on Aug. 2, 2018 ; followed by The Forum in Los Angeles on Aug 4, 2018; next at the Pepsi Center in Denver on Aug 8, 2018; followed by the Toyota Center in Houston on Aug 10, 2018; continuing at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on Aug 13, 2018.

The Jeff Lynne's ELO North American tour then moves on to All-State Arena in Rosemont, IL on Aug 15, 2018; followed by Litter Caesars Arena, in Detroit on Aug 16, 2018; next at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Canada on Aug 18, 2018; followed by Madison Square Garden in New York on Aug 21, 2018; and finishing the tour at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on Aug 24, 2018.

Lynne, who co-founded the English group with Roy Wood in 1971, is the only original member in the current edition of ELO. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April 2017.
